Have you heard this one?
It usually comes to the surface when Islamic terrorism is being discussed.
Somebody, with a all-knowing spasm on his face will drop a sarcastic thought, something along these lines:
- Don’t tell me about Islamic terrorists, CIA created them in Afghanistan.”

Well, we can accuse CIA for many sins but not this one.
