A question Skylark asked in a commentry that needs to be answered ;

The Enlightenment made explicit what had long been implicit in the intellectual life of Europe: the belief that rational inquiry leads to objective truth. Even those Enlightenment thinkers who distrusted reason, like Hume, and those who tried to circumscribe its powers, like Kant, never relinquished their confidence in rational argument. Hume opposed the idea of a rational morality;

The pathogenesis of the totalitarian plague that ravaged the world in the 20th century has yet to be honestly studied and appraised by the largely “progressive” western intelligentsia.The reason why that is not happening is that to do so the intelligentsia would have to perform the very uncomfortable - indeed painful -  task of dissecting its own intellectual tissue, digging under its own skin, so to speak.

The fact is that western intellectual socialist thought is the grand-father, father, and sibling accomplice of every horrific deed perpetrated by the totalitarians of the 20th century in the interests of, and for the greater good of, the Socialist State. The perfecting of assembly-line-like mass execution procedures and a slave labor - cum - extermination camp system for the disposal of undesirable elements of the population in the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany in the 1920s and 1930s proceeded without hardly any notice by the general public in the west, thanks to the filter of misinformation and rationalization through which the influential socialistically-minded intelligentsia fed to the public a completely distorted account of what was happening in central and eastern Europe and the vast Eurasian land mass of Russia. They did so because they sincerely believed that selective extermination of “useless” classes of humans was quite justified by the objective - the building of the ideal socialist society.

If the Jewish people would ever establish a national day of celebration and glorification of the victories of those amongst them who can be defined as “lemmings”, today would be that day.

It has been reported by Arutz Sheva (6/23/06) that, “Members of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ personal guard, “Force 17”, used Israel’s weapons to shoot Israelis this week, according to Israeli security and PA terrorist sources. Israel is the supplier of the weapons used in the gunfire that killed one Israeli and wounded several others, according to an interview written by journalist Aaron Klein and released Friday by WorldNetDaily. Klein quoted Abu Yousuf, a senior member of Force 17, who like many other guards is a member of the Al-Aksa Martyrs’ Brigades terror group.”

The history of the Jewish people is replete with scourges, haters and mass murderers of our people. The latest menace to our people is Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. He spews forth his vitriol against Israel and the Jewish people on a daily basis and has threatened to use his nuclear arsenal at will. There is no question that this latest madman must be taken seriously.

Interview with Cardinal George Pell

In early April, Cardinal George Pell of Sydney, Australia, gave a lecture in Naples, Florida, for Legatus, a group for Catholic businessmen, which made global headlines for its blunt talk on Islam. “Considered strictly on its own terms,” Pell said, “Islam is not a tolerant religion and its capacity for fear-reaching renovation is severely limited.” Some Muslim leaders accused Pell of “ignorance,” while more hawkish Western commentators praised Pell for giving voice to concerns that many harbor privately.

This week, Pell was in Rome for meetings of the Vox Clara Commission, which advises the Congregation for Divine Worship on issues of liturgical translation. On Tuesday, Pell set down with NCR to discuss his views on Islam, as well for a brief review of translation matters.

The costs of inbreeding

Smile twists across Kaled Assoum’s face. Lying in his cot, he gurgles happily as his mother, Randa, tickles his belly and kisses him on the face. The eight-year-old, pictured above with his grandmother, was born with severe intellectual and physical disabilities. He cannot walk, talk, and feeds through a tube in his stomach. He has the mental capacity of a one-year-old.

SEPTEMBER 11th: SOME “UNSPINNED” FACTS.

This article has been forwarded to Democracy Frontline by our great supporter and contributor Dr Evil PhD.

I couldn’t find the author’s name but I traced its location on the Net HERE (I am not sure if this is the original location).Â

After September 11, several important stories continue to be ignored. Here, to a lay observer, is the shape of the most overlooked developments.
The two biggest sponsors of terrorism in the Middle East are Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. The intelligence community has known this for years. The recent kidnapping and slaying of a Wall Street Journal reporter is only the most recent incident.

You know, for an intractable and barbaric group of people, who have made their dysfunctional ‘religion’ into an obsession we all have to take note of, Muslims have learned ‘the system’ pretty well. For a group of people, who say publicly that they disavow everything that ‘we’ stand for, they seem to be doing a good job of imitating us! Right down to using the system they hate to their own advantage.

Tarlene2003.jpghere was a time, in years gone by, when I was an easy target for every charity that needed a volunteer. If the Children of the World needed a cheerleader, I would get my bucket, stand on the street corner, and collect money for them. The same went for the Red Cross, neighborhood bake sales, and battered women’s shelters. I marched for everybody.

Eventually, I felt pretty much burned out, a condition only exacerbated when I was asked to serve as a committee-woman by B’nai Brith, the national Jewish organization, and on the board of the Atlanta Jewish Welfare Federation. I could not believe the care, and effort expended in finding money for black children who were then able to attend summer camp or the layettes that the charity hospital in Atlanta purchased to send welfare children home with nice wardrobes. What does the Qur’an really say about us, the Infidels?

Is it really open to all men of the book or is it intolerant and hateful as some others claim?

Are the Jews and Christians really the children of apes and pigs according to the Holy Qur’an or it’s just an invention?

True message?

Many among us, non-Muslims, would like to find in the Qur’an strong confirmation and reassurance of the common belief that it is only small minority of Muslim radicals and fanatics, with no knowledge of the holy scripture, who call for extermination of all infidels in general and especially the Jews.
